Mr. Jones, a seasoned industry leader with more than 30 years of experience as a general contractor, oversees and directs the financial performance of ACME and all third party client construction projects. A seasoned business executive, David has delivered projects through a variety of methods including general contracting, design-build, construction management at-risk and agency construction management. Mr. Jones has managed and directed the completion of ground-up office, industrial, retail and public projects valued at more than five hundred million dollars throughout California and Nevada. David has managed the construction or renovation of virtually every asset class of commercial real estate throughout California and Nevada. In addition to being a California licensed real estate broker, David holds a general building contractor license in California and Nevada and a general engineering contractor license in California and Nevada. David has been a member of numerous real estate and construction industry organizations and has served in various industry organization leadership positions.
